Know your oils

Through my many years of being a beauty therapist and using essential oils for a variety of massages and often having them in room fragrances and scented candles to help the mood of relaxation. Do we really know the difference? Why not just use the fragrance oils, after all they smell amazing, and give the desired effect don't they?
